Mainly good.

I never had a problem with 3rd person anything, though its nice to have a game like this, but theres no real objective. Theres only 3 cars as people say and the places, but why strive for those? Theres no real motivation or goal. It needs more. Ill give it 4 for a good start, but if improvements dont happen Ill keep it at 3 for average.
